Skill 1: Overwhelming Slash
This is a fun skill because it has a 75% chance to dispel a random enemy buff. The odds of this can be increased with hits. Another important thing to note is that the Colonel’s damage is based on defense. This skill is identical on all 3 Colonels.

Skill 2: Punishment
Like Overwhelming slash, this is also based on defense.

Skill 3: Awaken Morale
This is the main reason to use the Colonel. This skill not only dispels all debuffs, it gives the team immunity for 3 rounds, it also increases the action bar of all teammates by 20%. That’s pretty awesome. Even better? It only has a 6 turn cooldown. With enough speed, you can cycle this very quickly. A good example would be using the Brave Ursa Huntress as lead which gives all Brave partners a speed increase of 30%.

Leader Skill: Increase brave (red) partners HP by 50%.

Option 1: 4 CAT, 2 THERA
The SPEED increase helps to cycle the immunity skill, Thera prevents her from being stunned before she can cast Awaken Morale.
LEFT HAND: SPEED (Sub DEF%) OR DEF% (Sub SPEED)
HELMET: DEF% (Sub HP% or SPEED)
RIGHT HAND: DEF% (Sub HP%) OR HP% (Sub DEF%)
SUBSTATS: For everything else, you want a healthy balance of SPEED, DEF%, and HP%.
Option 2: 4 CAT, 2 BULL
LEFT HAND: SPEED (Sub DEF%) OR DEF% (Sub SPEED)
HELMET: DEF% (Sub HP% or SPEED)
RIGHT HAND: DEF% (Sub HP%) OR HP% (Sub DEF%)
SUBSTATS: For everything else, you want a healthy balance of SPEED, DEF%, HP%, and RES.
Option 3: 4 CAT, 2 RABBIT
LEFT HAND: SPEED (Sub DEF%) OR DEF% (Sub SPEED)
HELMET: DEF% (Sub HP% or SPEED)
RIGHT HAND: DEF% (Sub HP%) OR HP% (Sub DEF%)
SUBSTATS: For everything else, you want a healthy balance of SPEED, DEF%, HP%, and RES.
